TERMS OF USE.
Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Jersey Collect, a community platform for documenting, browsing, and sharing football shirt collections. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
User Content
You retain rights in images, text, metadata, and other content you upload. You grant Jersey Collect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform. You must have the necessary rights to upload and share the content.
Public Collections
If you publish a collection, other users and visitors may view the associated profile name, shirt images, and shirt metadata. You can request removal of your content by contacting us.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Jersey Collect to upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, bypass security controls, or interfere with platform operation.
Catalog And AI Accuracy
Catalog entries, shirt recognition, player references, club references, league references, and generated metadata may be incomplete or incorrect. Jersey Collect is a collection and documentation tool, not an official authentication, valuation, resale, or legal verification service.
Third-Party Rights
Club names, national team names, league names, player names, sponsor marks, shirt designs, and other third-party rights belong to their respective owners. Jersey Collect is independent and is not endorsed by those rights holders unless explicitly stated.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or compatibility issues on unsupported browsers or devices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Jersey Collect excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely financial losses arising from use of the platform. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Jersey Collect at any time and may request deletion of your account or uploaded content.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use of Jersey Collect after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and mandatory jurisdiction rules. Where legally permitted, the courts at the operator's Swiss domicile have jurisdiction.
